I expect all my guild members to try to have fun, be social and work together. It makes like alot more fun that way.
If there are not enough group activities going on, then it means that we either need more members or someone is not doing their part. I can't personally plan and supervise each and every guild activity. Anyone is welcome to suggest a guild activity. If the people of higher rank have not provided sufficient guild activities for you to participate in or enough training for you, please bring it up. Do not sit waiting and then leave the guild after saying nothing. Such things can break a guildmaster's heart.

Look to Trainers for any required guidance
Chat with other guilds on our ally list in a respectful manner or be reverted to rank 5
Rank 10 Trainers: 3 skills at 30
- Train lower rank members
Make use of assistance from Novices
Help organize group events
Make note of possible recruits
Rank 15 Watchers: 3 skills at 40, train 5 players and introduce 5 players to the guild for recruitment
- Oversee Trainers
Organize group events
Recruit new members
Watch out for potential public relations issues
Help keep the peace
Relay issues to higher ranked members
Report to Brothers/Sisters for orders
Rank 17 Brothers/Sisters: 3 skills at 50 and recruitment of 10 members and organize 5 events
- Help plan events
Occasionally resolve public relations issues
Oversee Watchers
Act as council to judge members
Relay judgements to Lieutenants or Guild Master
Report to Guild Master and Guild Lieutenants for orders
If you wish to have any higher rank than that, you will have to truely prove yourself. Don't ask. I will most likely ask you if I think you might be worthy.
